CRM DSS Solution

Our DSS solution, is an internal management reporting system for managing the bank from both the customer and market perspecive. Reporting infomation is designed in a way that provides answers to critical business questions—- in which segments, with which clients, with what products and services are we achieving ,or fail to achieve stable and profitable growth, and return on capital expected by our shareholders. CRM Decision Support System is focused on the objectives, strategies and business processes of both—retail and corporate business. Methodologically, this sistem is firmly based on the financial controlling methods , where the key referent point for an integrated set of performance indicators is ROE, or RORAC concept.

The CRM DSS solution consists of:

  • Set of 80 pre-defined reports covering all levels of management hierarchy, from the Executive Board down to the performance management at the client manager level.
  • Underlying logical data model for enterprise data warehouse, basis for customer data integration from the source systems.
  • Full set of services included into building an enterprise data warehouse for both customer performance and risk management.
